Welcome to Norde. By accessing or using our website (https://norde.co) or our app/platform (https://hub.norde.co), you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms”). Please read them carefully. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use our services.
Ownership and Jurisdiction
Norde is a co-product developed and operated by Khay Digital Ltd (Mauritius) and Kartel Labs Ltd (UK). However, the primary jurisdiction governing these Terms is Mauritius.
Khay Digital Ltd (Mauritius) is responsible for all aspects of the product, including its functionality, content, and compliance with applicable laws in Mauritius. Kartel Labs Ltd (UK) oversees payment processing and subscription-related matters.

Acceptance of Terms
By accessing our website or using our platform, you confirm that:

Accounts and Registration
- Users are required to register an account to access the Norde platform. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and all activities under your account.
- Users must provide accurate and up-to-date information during registration. Misrepresentation may lead to suspension or termination of access.
- If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, notify us immediately at support@norde.co.
Subscriptions and Payments
- Payment processing for subscriptions is managed by Kartel Labs Ltd (UK) through Stripe.
- Subscriptions auto-renew unless explicitly cancelled before the renewal date.
- Users are responsible for ensuring sufficient funds or valid payment methods to avoid interruptions in service.
- We do not offer refunds for digital products. However, if you believe you have been overcharged or have an exceptional case, please contact us at support@norde.co, and we will review your situation on a case-by-case basis.
User Obligations
- Users shall not misuse the platform for unlawful purposes, including but not limited to fraud, hacking, or spreading malicious content.
- Users shall not attempt to reverse-engineer, modify, or decompile any part of the platform.
- Users are responsible for the accuracy of the data they upload to Norde and must ensure compliance with relevant data protection laws.
Data Handling and Privacy
We are committed to protecting your data. Data collected on the Norde platform is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Users can manage their data directly through the platform or request assistance by contacting support@norde.co.
Limitations of Liability
- Norde is provided “as is” without any warranties, express or implied.
- Neither Khay Digital Ltd nor Kartel Labs Ltd shall be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our platform.
- Our total liability for claims related to the use of Norde is limited to the amount paid by the user for the subscription in the six months preceding the claim.
Intellectual Property
- All content, trademarks, and intellectual property associated with Norde are owned by Khay Digital Ltd and Kartel Labs Ltd.
- Users may not reproduce, distribute, or use Norde’s content without explicit permission.
Termination
- We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
- Users can terminate their subscription at any time through the platform settings.
- Data associated with terminated accounts will be retained for 200 days post-cancellation, after which it will be anonymised or deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Amendments to the Terms
- We may update these Terms periodically to reflect changes in our services or legal requirements.
- Users will be notified of significant changes, and continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Mauritius. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Mauritian courts.
